The dissertation is devoted to a problem of study of following-up postinfarction period during two-years supervision in 351 patients after myocardial infarction depending on anamnesis, clinical, hemodinamical factors, tolerance to physical loading and functional class of angina and lipids disorders. The assessment of treatment results in patients after myocardial infarction at the different stages of two-year follow-up considering coronary angioplasty, CABG application is performed in dissertation. The most informative determinants of disease current were ascertained and on their basis the mathematical model of the nearest (four-monthly) and remote (year) prognosis of disease outcome is created.
