Essay

An important scientific and technical problem of creation of new resource-saving machine with gas-impulse power drive for implementation of processes of metal treatment by pressure has been solved. Mathematical model of power drive working stroke, process of combustion chamber fueling has been worked out, similarity parameters of processes, which allows to optimize power drive design, have been elaborated. Scientific basis for design of power drives for pulse machines for cold and hot cutting of slabs, rounds and right sections and for chips consolidation has been elaborated. Different versions for steam-air hammers modernization which allow to push up their efficiency and to widen technological possibilities have been submitted to consideration, a draft of pulse machine for pressure treatment has been worked out.
