Teleshun S. State organization of Ukraine: problems of theory and practice

. In the thesis there is shown the systemologic conception of state organization of Ukraine in the context of modern world's state-building processes. Theoretic-methodologic base of state organization studies is characterized. The author analyzes main regularities, tendencies, specialities of state order and state organization of Ukraine reformation and modernization - in the conditions of Ukraine's independence and changes of nation-state building's paradigma. Politilogical conception of Ukraine's state organization improving is constructed. There presented all-round study and original periodization of history of theoretical visions about state organization as political institute. Author assumes the experience of different types of Ukraine's state organization functioning in XXth century, their base and reasons. There model state's and state organization's definitions are specified in the unity of substantional and institutional sense manifestations. The author defines the main guaranties of modern Uk rainian state organization, ways for it's all-round reforming and improving, preservation of Ukraine's unitarity. There original conceptual vision of Ukrainian administrational-territorial organization's reforming directions is presented. It's main point - levelling of administrational-territorial parts, sectioning of Ukraine's territory into regions.
