3. In the present thesis the geometry means of the phase space of functions of complex variable quantity are elaborated and grounded as a basis of forming of the region stability and optimisations parameters of the regulate systems. Geometrical models of n-measurable complex space are offered to form the surfaces which are graphs of functions of the complex variable quantity.
