The thesis devoted to the integral study of social-hygienic, pathogenetic, clinico-diagnostic, medical and organization aspects of acute purulent-inflammatory diseases of kidneys. There were determined the nature of the acute pyelonephritis development. There was conducted the foundation of acute purulent medullar pyelonephritis as a separate clinico-morphological form of an obstructive pyelonephritis. There were revealed the criteria of delimitation of the stages of infection inflammatory process in kidneys. There was done the evaluation of the patients' condition from the modern conception of a sepsis. There was improved the diagnosis of the acute pyelonephritis using the ultrasonography. The results of investigation gave the grounds for the working out of the scientific basis and inculcation into practice the algorhythm of treatment of patients suffering from acute pyelonephritis as well as clinical and organization models of prevention and treatment of acute purulent violations of kidneys.
