The results of examination of 201 patients with combination of myoma and internal endometriosis are done in the thesis:the gormonal status,the level of cytokines as an indicator of dates adaptiv reactions,the level of corticotropines and cortisol-the indicators of system of urgent adaptation,cellular-metabolic cAMP,leykotryens.It has been pointed out,that cytokines play the main patogenic rol in development of immunologicaltension in cases of combination of myoma andendometriosis, what indicates by increasing of level cytokines. using of hormons,laferone,vobenzime,tiotriazolin,mesulid and mildronat to rising of effectiveness of therapy of non-malignant processes of uterus,decreasing the dates of surgical tretment ofwomen at reproductive age.
