Zabolotnov V. Reproductive health women with bronchopulmonary pathology

The paper discusses issues of the study of peculiarities of reproductive health of women suffering from various types of acute and chronic bronchial-pulmonary pathology, their inflience on the formation of the woman's organism, progress of pregnancy, delivery and postnatal period, development and state of the foetus and the new-born. As a result of the developed medical-prophylactic measures, late beginning of menstruation decreased from 22% to 7,8%, disturbances in the setting of the menstrual cycle from 14,7% to 6,5%, disturbances of the menstrual cycle of opsomenorrhoea and oligomenorrhoea type from 7,6% to 2,6%, development of OPG-gestosis from 43,7% to 15,9%, threat of termination of pregnancy from 21,3% to 17,4%, disturbances of the new-born adaptation processes from 24,7% to 13,0%, the foetus development inhibition syndrome from 11,4% to 5,8%; the somatic state of women was improved.
