3. The aim of the research is the formulation of the family members' legal regime concept. The object of the research is the process of legal regulation of property relations between family members, and of the way of increasing the efficiency of the law impact. The methods are: dialectical, logic-legal, systemic-structural, comparative-legal, historical. New re- sults: the family members' legal regime concept and a legal regime's classifications are created and analysed. The results of the research can be used in law-creative activity and legislative practice; for the development's analysis of the legal regulating of the family members' relations; also during the tutorial courses
