Spasybo-Fatyeyeva I. Civil law problems of joint-stock legal relations.

The joint-stock legal relations are researched as a variety of civil relations. The subjects, the objects, the substance of the joint-stock legal relations and the grounds of their emergence are defined in this work. The stages of the development of the joint-stock legal relations are marked by the author. The concept of company law and its place in the system of law and in the system of legislation has been revealed in this paper. The author has analysed corporeal and incorporeal rights of shareholders. The problems of management in joint-stock partnerships have been examined. The issnes of protection of the rights of shareholders are elucidated. The author has formulated suggestions on perfection of company legislation.
