Wavelike operations in devices of diffraction electronics. Efficiency of periodical metal - dielectric structures and coupled open resonators use for the implementation of diffraction and Cherencov radiation are shown. General characteristics of electron - wave operations in open wave guides and resonators with spatially - advanced structures are established. New methods of electron beam diagnostics and practical circuitries of diffraction electronics devices are proposed and implemented.
