Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of increasing the efficacy of treating strrategy of patients with different forms of ischemic heart disease. A new trend in developing an individualized treatment strategy based on objectification of patient condition and revealing destabilization factors of angina pectoris by clinico-instrumental end biochemical data have been worked out in the dissertation. Clinico-functional criteria of increasing functional class and destabilization of angina pectoris have been detected. It has been established that the course of each form of IHD and results of antiischemic treatmend depend on parameters of vegetative status, prosesses of lipid peroxidation, fibrinolysis and that individualized correction of revealed changes.
