Essay

It was established for the first time in experiment that nephrotoxic effects of industrial poisons were developed against a background of fermentative deficiency of antioxidant system in old rat kidneys and increase or without changes of fermentative part of antioxidant system in young ones. Limitative criteria of nephrotoxicity is tubular-to-tubular desintegration in young ani-mals and hyperactivation of tubular-to-glome-ru-lar feedback in old ones. Usage of relations "case dose - status" has received further development that allows for a predetermined significance level to determine and to compare threshold quantities of a nuisance of nephrotoxic substance in miscellaneous age-grades laboratory animals.
