Essay

The objective of dissertation is the development of the theory and methods of calculation in metal forming processes with strongly pronounced three-dimensional flow of metal. The researches carried out by the author have resulted in development of new methods of taking into the account of the complex form of the tool and friction stresses on the contact metal - tool with reference to the volumetric problems of metal forming. On the basis of the analysis of three-dimensional flow of metal are developed and the technological processes forging, rolling and pressing are advanced.
