Chepurko V. Economic risk of agrarian production

Object of research: relations and organisation of economic processes of agrarian production of Ukraine in the aspect of the problems conditioned by uncertainty. The purpose of research: generalisation and development of theoretical, methodological and methods' basis of quality identification, analysis and system estimation of economic risk in agrarian production, development of methods of risk management and concrete ways of its reduction in the conditions of market economy creation. Methods of research: abstract-logic, system analysis, theory of measurement, economic-statistic, correlation and regression analysis, multidimensional statistic classification, economics and mathematics modelling and others. Theoretical and practical results: generalisation of the theory of economic risk of agrarian production including its categories, systematisation of factors, forms and types of risk, the methodology of hierarchical estimation, measurement and analysis of risk, the system of methods and indicators of me asuring risk reflecting the specific character of the branch, methods of managing risk and ways of its reduction on the basis of adaptation to the natural conditions and changes taking place in the socio-economic system. Innovation introduced: for the first time the complex of theoretical and meth-odological statements and concrete proposals directed to the creation of the effective system of risk evaluation and its regulation from an enterprise to a branch in the whole as the most important way out of the crisis to stabilisation of Ukrainian's agrarian production have been executed. A degree of introduction: methods and practical elaboration have been used by the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex of Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Fund of Property of AR of Crimea in the process of creation and realisation of the programmes of development and reforming the agrarian sphere of the Autonomous Republic, by agro-cultural enterprises for running their activity taking into account the risk and also by the highe r educational estab-lishments of the Crimea in training students in different specialities of economics.
