The thesis deals with the investigation of hereditary factors of ovarian and endometrial cancer and eleboration of the conception as to a systematic approach of an early diagnostics and prophylaxis of malignant tumours of these localization which is based on the organization and development of the whole complex of scientific measures directed to the discovery among the population, oncologically complicated families, formation the group of a high genetic risk among them and clinical-genetic monitoring of individuals with a high genetic risk. Ovarian and endometrial cancer is characterized as a multifactor disease with a polygenic type of heredity. Hereditary factors are found to constitute in case of ovarian cancer - 36%, in case of endometrial cancer- 11%. The classification of a family ovarian and endometrial cancer in Chemivtsi region was worked out which included 6 variants of tumour accumulation. The research presents criteria of identification of each family variant. A three-years observation oft hese women enabled us to find out in four cases cancer of ovaries and endoinetrium on an early stage as well as background and precancerous processes of the female reproductive sphere and mammary gland. The use of a multifactor analysis made it possible to determine the total combination of parameters concerning genealogical and clinical anamnesis of patients and on their basis to elaborate criteria of risk group formation. The role of a distant radiative thermometry using a loading glucose test in an early diagnostics of ovarian cancer was estimated.
