Demchenko A. The Condensed Polymethyleneazoles

The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration of the methods of the imidazol- and trizolcontaining compoundsў synthesis, which are condensed with the saturated polymethylene fragment, to studying of the alkylization conditions of the heterocyclic N-aryl(alkylaryl)amidines, to the testimony of their structure, and also to the exposure of the appropriateness of the structural features and the biological molecule activity interdependence. The preparation methods of the isomeric by two condensed polymethyleneimidazolsў synthesis have been worked out on the basis of the lactime ethers condensation with the phenacylamine salts and of the appropriate amidines and a-halogenketones. On their basis the possibility of the more complex azulene analoguesў synthesis is shown. The appropriateness of the alkylization direction as of the saturated so as of the aromatic N-aryl(alkylaryl)amidines by the substituted phenacylebromide is determined. And the reception method of the quaternary imidazol salts is suggested. Th e structure of the synthesized compounds is testified by using UV-, IR-, NMR 1H and 13C-spectroscopy methods and X-ray analysis. The laboratory regulations on the preparation "D-57" - nonenarcotic analgesic of the new generation - have been worked out.
