Pronina O. Morphofunctional condition of the tissues of urochesic sistem in the application of surgical biological dissolvin filamens (anatomo-experimental invtstigation)

The dissertation is devoted to value of the use surgical thread made of dura mater spinalis of the cattle "Biofil" under surgical operations on kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder and urethra. It has been proved that the healing of wound of bladder after suturing with considerable decreasing of exudative-alterative processes and circulative disorders, that leads to formation of thin friable cicatrix. Both macro- and microestimations have displayed that early postoperative period can be characterized with little morfological symptoms of tissue hypoxia against the background of fibroblast activity increasing. The last accelerates the healing and prevents the development of suppurative inflammation complications. Ultrastructural analysis of ureter tissues during the early postoperative period has shown that the necrotic phase was reduced to minimum. The processes of fibrillogenesis and angiogenesis are predominant, that is obviously connected with stimulative influence of Biofil thread itself.
