Sakhats'kyj M. Revival of region agricultural: theory, methodology, problems

Object of the research: the process of social and economic, political and legal, and organizational relations set development in agrarian sphere under the conditions of market transformation of Ukraine's economy. Purpose of the research: definition of theoretical, methodological and conceptual applied Ukraine's agriculture revival basins which can form scientific base for the development of recommendations concerning directions of agrarian production revival and the stimulation of development process in agrarian sector of economy of the region. Methods: development of the theory, the system analysis, axiomatic, analogies, the economic and statistical analysis, monographic, graphic, index etc. Theoretical and practical results: create a new agrarian economics development direction and represent theoretical and methodological basis for the solution of applied issues of agricultural sector development. Scientific novelty: The conceptual device of economic revival: its initial positions, essence, propertie s is expanded; the revival is proved to be a scientific category; the essence and target applicability of the revival category towards agriculture are determined; difference of the phenomenon of revival of agriculture from other phenomena and processes of a social and economic nature is clarified and its main principles are determined; the structural model of scientific and economic maintenance of revival of agriculture is generated; the determining directions and the basic mechanisms of region's branch revival are substantiated. Level of introduction: offers are being introduced in the Odessa and Mykolayiv regions, and are used in educational process in the Odessa state agricultural institute. Efficiency: the results will promote region's and Ukraine's agriculture revival. Sphere, sector of use: agricultural sector of Ukraine.
