. On the basis of clinical, biochemical, immne, hormonal and morphofanctional changes of uterine, hypophysis, надпочечников, яичников, щитовидной железы, electrone-microscopic researches in clinic and experiment, complex pathogenic method of treatment patient with sharp afterbirth and afterabortion endometritis, chronic purulent adnexitis was developed with the purpose of correction of morphological changes, membrane's infringements, renewal reprodactive function and immune homeostasis, besides far-results of treatment were examined.
