The work is devoted to the problems of pathogenesis and characteristics of the course of pregnancy and delivery in women with chronic hepatitis and when pregnancy is complicated by HELLP-syndrome. Complex evaluation of the state of fetoplacental complex in the studied pathology was made using clinico-biochemical, hormonal, biophysical, immunological, immunomorphological, morphological, rheovasographic studies. It was determined that in the above pathology the risk of HELLP-syndrome increased 2.6 times. The leading role of autoimmune component in the pathogenesis of this syndrome was proved. The obtained results were used to define the markers of HELLP-syndrome. .
