3. Object of the research is the process of management of industrial infrastructure in the system of servicing basic production of an industrialenterprise. Objective of the research is substantiation of integrated scientific conception concerning raising the efficiency of the enterprise's service system on the basic of development and realization of the organizational and economic mechanism for industrial infrastructure management. Methods of research and means include a system analysis, a financial and technical - economic analysis, a functional-cost analysis; economic and mathematical methods; method of scientific abstraction for analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results contain in development and deepening of theoretical and methodical bases for infrastructure creation necessary for raising the efficiency of industrial manufacture; in elaboration of long-range economic strategy for development of infrastructural parts with all forms of ownership on the alternati ve basis. Novelty of new introduction consist in working out of new integrated scientific conception concerning development and realization of the organizational and economic mechanism for management of industrial infrastructure of managing subjects. Subject and degree of introduction. The results of the research are introduced at Dnepropetrovsk Production Association engaged in production of presses, Dnepropetrovsk OSC "Dnepropolimermash", Ukrainian Scientific and Research Institute of Elastodimensional Materials Technologies. Shpere of application are industrial enterprises.
