3. The object of research is activity of a number of structures and subjects of managing of agrarian sector of economy of various patterns of ownership. The purpose of research: consists in a substantiation and deepening of theoretical-methodological bases of development of agricultural manufacture in Ukraine during transition to socially focused market economy; to complex development of the scientifically proved measures on organic association of development of an agriculture and social sphere; stay of recession and escalating of volumes of manufacture of agroindustrial production; organizational-legal and structural reorganization of agricultural manufacture, problems of social revival of the Ukrainian village. Methods: abstract - logic, monographic count-constructive, comparative economic-statistical. Theoretical and practical results: conclusions and generalizations, offer and the recommendations concerning methodology of realization of deep economic and social transformations in development of anagriculture in conditions of transition to the market relations have economic importance. The degree of novelty consists in significant addition, expansion and specification of a theoretical substantiation of socio economic essence of modern agrarian policy; a methodological substantiation of the basic rules concerning definition of directions of the organizational, economic and social contents of agrarian reform; to development of the methodical approaches of formation многоукладной of economy in agrarian sphere; improvement of system of organizational and economic mechanisms of formation market environment.
