3.The dissertation is dedicate to the problem of diagnostics and treatment of patients with renovascular hypertension. he investigation of mechanism of hypertension developmeht under stenosis of renal artery is fulfilled first given mofological changes,natura f dysfunction of renin-angiotensin-aldosteron and prostaglandin system. The nature of semiotics of renovascuar hypertension is specified; it allows to suggest clinic and diagnostic criteria based on results of investigation of clinical-laboratory, morpho-functional science of a disease and develop treatment methods given investigation phases, complex method of approach and individual choice of a method. Risk factors of this pathology are exposed the method of disease development prediction is suggested. Appraisal of actual methods of renovascular hypertension diagnostics is made; it allows to develop a unique method of treatment for, and exposure of this disease and to get cosiderably improved treatment results.
