Essay

The obtained data allow to consider the preeclampsia as deep pathology of cellular membranes. In preeclampsia we observed the intensification of lipids peroxide oxidation in erythrocyte membranes, which manifested by increase of hydroperoxides and enhance of oxidative hemolysis, we found out high correlation between disorders of oxidative hemolysis and Ca metabolism, especially in hard forms of preeclampsia. We marked the deep disorders in transmembrane transfer Ca++ .
