The Thesis is a development of new differentiated complexes for the rehabilitation of patients with arthrosis using peloidotherapy and puncture microphysiotherapy of various types (employing medicinal muds, mud bioactive components, other preparations), reflexotherapy. It has been found that the prescription of reflexotherapy, puncture microphysiotherapy and balneology is pathogenetically grounded for the treatment of patients with arthrosis. This is proved by the positive clinical instrumental dynamics, immunological testing and the condition of the local chondrogenesis regulatory activity. This is more acceptable in cases of insignificant changes in the joints and spinal column. It has been shown that there exists a well-manifested and considerable advantage of indicating reflexotherapy and balneotherapy, puncture miscrophysiotherapy and peloidotherapy to patients with arthrosis, this being witnessed by both the direct and remote results of this type treatment, especially at the developing stages of this disease.
