3The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of factors of morbidity and mortality in individuals with arterial hypertension in the rural non-organized population. The main risk factors are behavioral, biological, hereditary, professional, domestic and others, which in the majority of cases, in complex and isolated, provoke the disease development in rural inhabitants. During 10 years of observations the increase of arterial hypertension prevalence among rural men and women, the significant increase of excessive salt consumption and smoking in men and alcohol consumption in women were revealed.
