The thesis shown that preventive through the skin magneto-laser irradiation of the liver and blood (wave length is 0,82 (m, plane energy density throughout the cource is 642 kJ(m-2) associated with enterosorbtion by sillard P increases resistance of the liver of white rats to toxical influence of tetrachloromethan. The effect obtained is based on stimullation of the liver functional activity, increase of its detoxical function, increase of antioxident defence, immune-module influence, stimullation of regenerative processes in the liver before toxine injection. In the correction of the acute toxical lesion by tetrachloromethan the effeciency of magneto-laser irradiation of the blood with the surface energy power 1284 kJ(m-2 in the cources is proved.
