Subject of the research - processes of management of industrial enterprise under conditions of competition. Objective of the research - is scientific substantiation of the concept of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for management of enterprises under conditions of competition. Methods of research and devices include economic analysis and synthesis, sample survey, expert estimation, statistical analysis and graphic modelling, extrapolation, process analysis, organization and information modelling, economic-mathematical and programme-directed, PC. Theoretical and practical results consist in further development and deepening of the theory and methodology for enterprise management under conditions of competition, in elaboration of proposals for perfection of the organizational and economic mechanism for enterprise management; it will allow to reach a high degree of competitiveness of industrial systems and industrial production. Novelty of a new introduction consists in substantia -tion of a new integral concept of permanent per-fection of the organizational and economic mechanism for enterprise management. The degree of introduction - practical results are introduced on Snezhnyansk machine-building factory, on OSC "Silur", OSC "Avdeevsky cocksochimichesky zavod", in the Donetsk branch of the Ukrainian-Latvian society "Avtoinveststroi". Sphere of application - enterprise of various industries branches.
