Baranov A. Theoretical Fundamentals of Technique Processes of Machines for Sprayed Mortar Compounds

Dissertation deals with the problems of development of theoretical fundamentals of making machines for sprayed mortar compounds. In this paper a new direction of mathematical modelling of the process of compaction mortar compounds by the method of spray-up from position of shock and penetration of mortar compounds particles into compression yielding fluid and process of jet formation when guniting that is based on mechanism of formation large-scale coherent structures is worked out. Ability of control is established for formation of large-scale coherent structures and alteration of their orientation that gave a possibility to develop guniting equipment pneumatic spraying with principally new characteristics. On the basis model of the process of compaction by the method of spraying methods of manufacturing of gunite and items from spray-steel-fibrous concrete when separate pouring in lifts and fibrous elements is used.
