Bobkova A. Legal Regulation of Recreation Activity.

The dissertation is a theoretical research on legal-commercial and legal-ecological aspects of recreation activity. The work substantiated the notion of recreation activity; defined types of commercial and ecological relations, that take place while recreation activity is pursued; analysed recreation activity legislation and proposed suggestions for its improvement. Based on summarised scientific sources and legislation there was defined a notion and legal regime of recreation fund; its elements; worked out the questions of creation of recreation fund, its territory and resources property rights; specified kinds of usage of recreation fund and directions of legal protection. There was defined a notion of the law of natural resources usage for the goals of recreation as well as the content of this notion. The notion of the subjects of recreation activity if formulated in the work; their features, organisational forms are defined; foundations of their legal status and kinds of such subjects are specified . In the dissertation there re distinguished the legal means of providing efficient realisation of recreation activity: commercial-legal mechanism, contractual relations and liability for violations of legislation as to such an activity. The need to develop a concept of legal regulation of recreation activity was justified.
