Shevtsova V. Hygienic principles of labour optimization and prevention of occupational diseases at the stage of elaboration and industrial introduction of new mining machines for iron-ore mines.

The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation and elaboration of complex system of measures on labour optimization at a stage of development and introduction of new mining machines. Hygienic and ergonomic parameters of 31 kinds of mining machines, functional state of 360 drifters, and drillers, morbidity were the object of the research. There were used traditional hygienic, ergonomic, physiological (including test PWC 170, radio-pulse metry), biochemical, sanitary-statistical methods of research, and also modern methods of correlative-regressing and consecutive statistical analysis. Apllication of hygienically advanced new mining machines promoted the decreasing level of pneumoconiosis morbidity in drifters in 3,9 times, drillers - in 7,4 times. New methodical approach is offered and rational regimens of working cycles accounting the limiting harmful factor is developed. The leading role of central mechanisms is revealed, authentic ways of definition of individual sensitivities and adaptatio n during action of local vibration, noise and dust at their combined action are elaborated (reliability is accordingly 90,9, 84,2 and 83,3%; 85,7 and 81,2%). Basing on the new decisions the system of hygienic and medical-biological measures is elaborated, which is proved by 26 normative-methodical and information documents.
