479 pregnant women with fetal retardation were studied. The doctoris thesis is devoted to clinicopathogenesis prognostication, early diagnostic and preventionof fetal growth retardacion. Ethiological and pathogenesis risk factors of development of this pathology are studied. We determined that ultrastructural changes of miometri development of trophic changes, term of gestation and have different features: from compensatory-adaptive hyperplasia, hypoplastic changes to destructive metabolic ones. The primary nature is disturbanceоf uterine blood circulation. Development of hypoxia and hypotrophy is based on increased activity of peroxide lipid's oxidation decrease, level of biometalls in organism of pregnant women. We worked out criteria of diagnostic, prevention and treatment that gives a possibility to decrease number of complications and perinatal morbidity and mortality. It is used in medicine.
