Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the determination of occupational and age natural changes of efficiency in coal miners of deep coal mines, estimation of compensatory-adaptation mechanisms of guaranteeing of body stability to the industrial factors and activity in healthy and sick coalminers. An influence of physiological and pathologic aging on strategy choice for an indastrial activity, reasons of the rejection from one strategy of regulation, mechanisms and realization conditions of the other strategy of regulation were studied. Factors of labour process and individual features of the body which stipulate content, struture and expression of the compensatory-adaptation reactions were determined. Physiological principles of estimation of functional state were grounded, methods of nonmedicamentous corection of prepathologic state of overwork and efficiency support were worked out in coal miners of coal mines.
