The dissertation is devoted to investigation of problems of elaboration of theoretical-methodological basis and methodical bolster forming systems for anticrisis management of trade enterprises. Theoretical basis of crisis as well as the levels of circle of development of enterprises are definite, features and financial-economical indicators were revealed. The entire conception of system of anticrisis management of trade enterprises also has been worked over. The author justified the structure -logical model of process of anticrisis management. Conceptual basses are justified and methodological supply of diagnosis of crisis of development of enterprises has been improved. The new economic category ' potential of survival' was grounded and introduced into the scientific circle. A theoretical bass of working over anticrisis problem of enterprises is determined and methodological supply for its formation was suggested. The ways of management in the system of anticrisis management has been discovered. The result of the research made possible to form a range of module methods that can be used by separate trade enterprises in the process of diagnosing crisis, justifications of means of its overcoming, controlling the process of putting the anticrisis program into operation.
