Pathology of nervous system and of cardiac-brain relationship at various diseases of heart. A complex estimation of clinical features, of topic variants, biochemical characteristics and condition of cardiac function at cardiogenic stroke. Clinical, biochemical and tool methods. The clinical features and topic variants of cardiogenic stroke are revealed depending on disease of heart. Is established, that reduction of myocardial systolic function, the disturbance of coagulation state both neuro-humoral regulation are interconnected and are the links in chain of pathogenetic mechanisms of formation of a brain infarct. The developed criteria of diagnostics and medical tactics are introduced into activity of bodies of protection of public health services.
