Bryukhovets'ka N. Ecоnоmic mechanism for providing effective of enterprises

Object of the study is the process of maintenance of effective operation of industrial enterprises under conditions of mixed economy. Objective of the study is elaboration of integral scientific conception of provision of efficient production of the enterprises - the major subjects of market relations, their adaptation to market transformation on the basis of improvement of enterprises economic mechanism and system introduction of methodical recommendations on maintenance of effective operation of enterprises under present conditions. Methods of research and means include dialectical methods, methods of systems analysis and synthesis, method of scientific selection, of comparative analysis, calculated-analytical, statistical analysis of economic indicators. Theoretical and practical results consist in promotion of increased efficiency of enterprises due to perfection of economic mechanism and use of forms adequate to real conditions, methods, instruments, levers of state regulation and market self-regu lation. The novelty of a new introduction is the integral conception of improvement and introduction of economic mechanism of enterprises into practice which is able to provide sustainable development of the subject of market managing. The major research results are used for working out of supplements to Ukrainian laws on regulation of corporate rights and management of enterprise property, elaboration of the Program of social and economic development of the Donetsk region till 2010, proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning raising the efficiency of food industry of the Donetsk region for 2001-2005 and till 2020. Sphere of application covers government bodies and enterprises.
