Yuryk O. Neurologic aspects of the vertebra osteochondrosis (patho-geoesis, clinic and treatment)

In the Dissertation the clinical and functional, biochemical and immunohysto-chemical particularities of the formation of neurologic symptoms of the vertebra os-teochondrosis have been studied. It was stated that in the most part'ofill persons the disorders offunction of the vegetative nervous system under the type of subclinical systemic vegetative dysfunction have been stated. For the first time the neutrotrophic changes in the bones and joints of limbs, conditioned by the vertebra osteochondrosis have been described. Were objectified the neurotrophic disorders in paravertebral tissues with the ultrasonic sonography method. Genetic markers of the vertebra osteochondrosis were detected. The prevailed role of the spinal marrow in formation of such pathology was proved. A new scheme of the human dermatomic irmervation was created. The clinical efficiency of biologically active complex pharmacopuncture was proved. Presented new examination criteria of the working capacity loss at presence of the vertebra osteochondrosis.
