The work is devoted to elaboration and inculcation in medical practice of new pathogenethic methods, which will enable to raise effectiveness of surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of autoimmune thyroiditis patients. The autoimmune thyroiditis peculiarities under influence of cryosurgical methods were specified attached to help of clinical, hormonal, immunological, morphological, immunomorphological, thermographical, ultrasound researches. Pathogenics and longterm effectiveness of worked up methods were proved. Working hypotheses on foundation of careful analysis of got results are created, bearing upon reparative mechanisms of immunomodulating action of cryosurgical treatment for the autoimmune thyroiditis patients.
