Essay

In the dissertation data concerning researching epidemiologic and pathogenetic peculiarities of background and precancerous processes and endometrium cancer have been generalized. Complex clinic-immunologic and biochemistry study of 210 patients with background and precancerous endometrium conditions and 679 patients with originally found corpus uteri cancer (CUC) was carried out. The most significant risk factors of appearing CUC were found and basing upon this the mathematic model, prognosing the development of endometrium cancer, was developed using the modern computer technologies (neuron net). Using the method of mathematic analyses harmful factors of environment were established, which statistically can be used as an impact on the CUC disease level in a highly industrialized region. The expediency of differential immunocorrection during surgical and combined treatment of the patients with CUC was pathogenetically proved. The efficiency of medical rehabilitation using interferon inhibitors, hepato protectors, enterosorbents and antioxidants during dispensary investigation of patients with endometrium cancer was studied. Suggested methods of differential immunocorrection and medical rehabilitation allowed increasing general and non-recidivate three- and five-year surviving of the patients with corpus uteri cancer.
