Object of research - agriculture of Crimea. The purpose of research is the substantiation of effective mechanisms of managing in agriculture. Modern methods of economic researches were used both traditional, and: a method of pair comparisons on the basis of multivariate shkaling, methods of an estimation of shadow economy, expert estimations, methods of an estimation economic to risk, marketing methods. Theoretical results. In the economic theory for the first time: the basic directions of transformation of mechanisms management in mechanisms of managing are proved; the system is determined and the essence of interfarm mechanisms concerning market attitudes is opened; the system of restoration of labour motivation in facilities of public sector is offered; classification of legal and shadow losses in agrarian and industrial complex is offered; mechanisms of reduction of tax loading for agricultural forming are determined; criteria of ending of reforming in agrarian and industrial complex are proved. In methodology and methodical maintenance the methodological approach to research of processes of reforming of agrarian and industrial complex for the first time is formulated, the system of the techniques is offered and approved, allowing to investigate legal and shadow economic processes. Practical results: the concept of transformation of mechanisms of government managing in mechanisms of managing is transferred to the Ministry of agrarian and industrial complex of Crimea; the basic directions of reduction of losses and unproductive expenses in agriculture; directions of legalization of shadow economy and restoration of labour motivation in agrarian and industrial complex; an estimation of efficiency of activity of heads and realizations of their potential; criteria of an estimation of a degree of ending of reforming. Novelty of inculcation: management in effective mechanisms of managing (consists in formation of the concept of transformation of machineries of government on the basis of the account of a degre e of influence of factors of the external and internal environment of activity of agricultural formings). The essence and the maintenance of the concept are submitted set of theoretical, methodological and methodical positions which are a payment in a science and practice. Degree of introduction. Results of research are entered into OJSC "Slawnoe", agrarian and industrial complex "Winogradnyj", STOW "Druvba narodow", the Crimean agroindustrial college. Results of research have found displays in educational process in a number of agrarian high schools of the country during employment with students FIQ, students, magistrs, post-graduate students, and also in manuals with a signature stamp of the Ministry of Education and a science of Ukraine. Sphere of use: agricultural formations of all patterns of ownership, the Ministry of agrarian and industrial complex of Crimea.
