Essay

The dessertation is devoted to scientific bases grounds of hygienic monitoring of new group agrochemicals, inhibitors nitrification (IN) - nitrogen-containing fertilizers additives.There were grounded the priority criterions of hygienic monitoring IN, carried out a complex hygienic assessment IN on basic hazard criterions; theoretically substantiated the prognosis models of toxic action on toxicokinetic parameters and quantum-chemical characteristic of molecules structure IN, their metabolites; revealed and described decomposition regularity IN in soil depending on their srtucture and type of soil; described migration processes; grounded using of established regularities as destruction model IN. Results were used for grounds of hygienic standards IN. There were worked out the methods of control of IN content in food products, objects of environment, biological material. There were worked out prophylactic measures on IN safe use.
