Essay

The work advances the novel research-methodical approach to hygienic evaluation of UH radiation based on the delimitation of the adaptive responses and injuries on the cell level. Studies were performed with white rats. Wі th the blood system model it was found that UHF EMF effect on the processes of differentiation, reproduction and maturation of cells hemopoietic depends on the age of the irradiated rats, time and irradiation intensity, availability of different nature factors. Most responsive to EMF cell types were identified. The thresholds for the adaptive responses and cell injuries as affected by EMF were established. The results obtained would deepen our understanding of the mechanisms of the biological effects of EMFs and may be used upon improvement of hygienic standards
