Essay

In the thesis electrical charge transport is studied in superconducting heterostructures, it's obtained it's described by model based on the solutions of Bogolyubov - De Gennes equations. So, in the junctions Andreev bound states appear and there is effect of suppressing of negative influence of "shortages" in one barrier by another barrier. Inelastic effects in these structures influence on value of real part of superconductor order parameter.
