Subject of study: colorectal diseases patients. The aim of study: to improve the results of surgical treatment of colorectal diseases patients using original laparoscopic surgery methods. Methods of study: clinical, laboratory, instumental and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: a reduction in the frequency of post-operative complications, a shortened catabolic phase and period of immuno-suppression, and a more rapid return to activity by the patient. Novelty: new methods for segmental colon resections and restorative surgery on the colon were developed. A degree of an introduction: Kyiv clinical hospital #18, Odessa clinical hospital #10, Donetsk Cancer Treatment Center, Ternopil Oncological regional hospital. The fields of usage: general surgery, coloproctology and oncology departments, high medical schools.
