The thesis is devoted to the problem of implementation of new television mass information services in multifunctional television broadcasting, the implementation of the system of transmission of supplementary information - still and graphic television images. The actuality of the problem is defined by: the reception in time of required additional information in the presence of existing huge of information today; the multipurpose usage of modern electronic equipment; and the provision of selective information in the considered television services in comparison to ordinary television broadcasting.
