Shcrobot S. Lumbar osteochondrosis with neurological manifestation: pathogenesis and differential treatment on stages of medical rehabilitation

The dissertation is devoted to research pathogenetical importance of processes lipid peroxidation, stage the immunological reactivity, regionar hemodinamic and peripheral microcirculation in development and course of neurological manifestation lumbar osteochondrosis for elaboration effectiveness, pathogenetical well-founded methods of treatment and rehabilitation patients with different neurological variants of lumbar osteochodrosis (radicular, muscular-tonic, vegetative-vascular and neurodistrophical syndromes). It is established dependence between clinical pathogenetical variants of different neurological manifestation of lumbar osteochodrosis and level of disturbance for syndrome of peroxidation, antioxidant protection, immunological reactivity, regionar hemodinamic and oxygen supplying for tissue of low extremities and also patterns of their changes due to age of patients, roentgenological stage of pathology, degree of functional spinal insufficiency and attendant disease. Using the traditional complex therapy with including chondroprotector alflutop allows to achieve only clinical remission in 64,5 % of patients. Proposed differential pathogenetical proved complex programs of treatment and rehabilitation for patients with different neurological variants of lumbar osteochodrosis with including antioxidant therapy (emoxipinum), or nicardipinum, or combined magnitolaser stimulation or sulfide bathes not only improved clinical results treatment with remission in 80,5-93,3 per cent of patients, but also normalized parameters of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant protection, immunological reactivity for organism, hemodinamic and oxygen supplying to provide grow progressively worse and frequent relapses of illness. Basic results of the dissertation found wide implementation into the work the medical-prophylactic institution of Ukraine.
