Garkusha O. Strategy of renewing and Efficient functioning of viticulture and Wine-making Subcomplex of Agro Industrial Complex in Ukraine in Conditions of market Economy

Research object – viticulture and Wine-making Subcomplex of Agro Industrial Complex in Ukraine. Research aim – conception elaboration and system basing of strategic arrangements on reneval and to guaranteeing of high-effective development Subcomplex. Research method - abstractly-logical, history-economic, monographic, calculation-constructive, index, graphic, statistic group, correlation-regression. Theoretical results – theory-methodological and methodical bases of financial-economic relations and policy of price in subcomplex in conditions of market economy; system and determination methods and viticulture effectiveness indexes estimations, vine making and proper integrated forming; calculation methods and distribution between partners subcomplex over profits wine-works, distribution of budgetary funds between viticulture and gardening; methodical approaches to determination of prices on grapes and wine. Practical results – funds distribution order on viticulture development and gardening; distribution methods over profits wine-works between partners viticulture and Wine-making Subcomplex; establishment order of purchase and transfer prices on different ampelographic grapes sort, and also prices on wine products; indexes calculation methods of economic viticulture effectiveness in tie with changes in calculation and reporting; placing improvement conception and optimum vineyards concentration on regions and country microzones. Novelty inculcate – consists in forming of market revival conception and guaranteeing of high-effective functioning viticulture and Wine-making Subcomplex of Agro Industrial Complex in Ukraine. Essence and maintenance of conception – represented by aggregate of theory-methodological regulations and practical results, which supplement and develop the scientific domain authority bases and are by payment in agrarian science and practice. Inculcation gist – results researches brought in in corporation "Mykolaivsadvinprom", and also take into account by Komitet Verhovnoy Radyu of Ukraneon questions of agrarian politics and landed relations attached to elaboration of legislative and normative acts, to which adjustment performs of viticulture development and vine making in Ukraine.
