The objects of research: helminthes, pigs, dogs, white rats, products of production (synthesis and resynthesis): albendazole, phenbendazole, BMK, 624 A, 624 B, 424 V, 624 L, L, C12H15S2NO3, esulan, IK 75, IK 191, IK 247, IK 318, BC, tetramizole, FIAT, corphalen, dichsanil, aversect, ivomec. The aim of research: to learn spreading of main intestinal helminthoses of pigs and dogs, to experimentally ground the choice of anthelminthics and suggest of home effective anthelmithic and its optimum doses the application for practical veterinary medicine. Methods of research: helminthoscopic, helminthological dissect, helmintholarvoscopic, ovoscopic, toxicological, immunologic, chemic-toxicological. Apparatus: microscope, chromatograph liquid, refrigerator, spectrophotometer, centrifuge. Theoretical results: Spreading of nematodes of pigs on collective and private farms was stated. The therapeutic, toxicological properties of home albendazole were studied. The practical results: The home anthelminthic was suggested. The scientific novelty: The novelty of the work was confirmed by three patents. The degree of inculcation: The powdery medicinal form of albendazole according to TUU 4615.420 99 "Alben", albendazole according to TUU 40.20.7101.042 2002 "Albendazole". The branch of application: veterinary medicine.
