Essay

The work is devoted to problems of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of most frequently of meeting violations of contraction function of uterus at pregnants. The complex evaluation the anomalies of labor activity at 343 pragnants is given with the help of clinical instrumental, radiogenital, immunofermentatal, neurophysiological, immunological, radioligandal, reographical, histomorphological methods of a research. The main links pathogenesis of anomalies of contraction activity of uterus are determined. The use of the cooling factors for a correction and preventive maintenance of the anomalies of labor activity has been previcked clinical and experemental. The comparative evaluation was held between the local hypothermia of a forward abdominal wall efficiency and the traditional medicament method for treatment of contraction function of uterus violations, and also combination of both variants of therapy is conducted. The indications, contra-indications, optimal schemes of use of the local hypothermia of a forward abdominal wall for treatment the anomalies of contraction activity of uterus at labor are developed.
