Essay

This thesis deals with solving some problems of raising mines operation quality with simultaneous reducting extraction and processing producion costs. In the investigation a complex scietific apporoach is used which considers all main technological processes as a sinale technological and organizational agregate and the achievement of the "Whole-system" effect on which main operation indicies depends is provided by a differential parameters of these processes and by joint realization of regulative measures in the system "blok excavating-iron ore processing". F new technigue of defining drilling and explosive parameters has been developed taking into accout physucal and mechanical properties of rocks, their structural inhomogeneity and stress deformation state. A technology of extracting iron ore by sublevel breaking with end charges and its level outletting under the protection of floating roof rock through the central outlet working placement on the deposit adgle dipping has been well grounded. A rational scheme of crode iron ore processing plant with priorities of screening processes iven over cruching ones has been procesed. The results of the invwstigations have been widelly tested and partly putinoperation in technologocal processing such as driving, breaking iron ore during drovong workings and it processing at CSP (crushing and sorting plant) at some mines in the Kriviy Rih iron ore fields.
